We require every couple to hire a planner for their wedding. This ensures that your event goes as smoothly as possible. You are welcome to choose a planner that fits your needs. However, we highly recommend selecting a planner already familiar with the Ranch.
The Ranch provides the location for your event. Your planner will need to coordinate vendors to supply everything else you may require. This may include tents, restrooms, furniture, catering, flowers, shuttles, generators etc. Local vendors have more experience with our venues. Please reach out to them with any specific questions.
We do not have space at our Event Sites for guest parking so we require all guests to be brought to the Event Site in shuttles provided by outside vendors.
You have the site for the day you booked. In case of inclement weather, some couples use weather predictions of the day to adjust their wedding schedules to facilitate an outdoor ceremony. We do not provide refunds for weather-related cancellations.
Dogs are not allowed on the venues. However, if the Bride and Groom wish to bring their personal dog(s) it is acceptable so long as the dog(s) remain leashed for the entire event. Permission for the dog(s) must be included in the contract.
No, we do not offer lodging. The Ranch is just two miles from Teton Village and twelve miles from Jackson, giving you and your guests many lodging options.
Teton County requires all amplified sound to stop at 9:59 p.m. Once the amplified sound ends, guests can say their goodbyes and leave on the shuttles.
We require 50% of the site fee plus the security deposit up front upon signing of the contract. The balance of the fee is due 90 days later.
